- Introduced advanced optoelectronics testing equipment: Enhanced high-precision detection capabilities;
- Added VCSEL wafer-level chip testing services: Complete full-process testing solutions from wafer to module;
- Upgraded Navigo test software system: Achieved more efficient data processing and automated control;
- Introduced AI-assisted data analysis platform: Combined with predictive modeling capabilities to help customers extract deep insights from test data and predict product trends.

After the upgrade, our laboratory can provide:
- PIC wafer-level testing services (supporting 12-inch wafers): Possesses mass production-level testing capabilities for large-size photonic integrated circuit wafers, meeting the demanding testing needs of high-speed optical interconnect and integrated optoelectronics fields;
- NPO near-packaged optics testing: Provides high-precision opto-electronic collaborative testing services for near-packaged optics application scenarios, helping customers achieve performance verification and optimization under compact packaging architectures;
- Co-packaged optics (CPO) testing solution joint development: Develops customized CPO testing solutions based on specific customer needs, covering testing needs from design verification to mass production introduction;
- Other customized testing solution development: Provides flexible and agile testing solution design and development services based on customer-specific device structures or application scenarios to quickly respond to diverse needs.
